Popular Twitch streamer Din "Agent 00" has claimed that Ferrari could sue him over what he intends to do with his new car. For those unaware, the content creator recently went viral after purchasing a Ferrari SF90 worth half a million dollars. While showcasing his new possession, the AMP (Any Means Possible) member stated that the sports car he purchased wasn't a "normal" one, rather, it was "kitted out":
"In some moments of life, man, you can't just help but smile. My brand new Ferrari SF90! This is not no normal SF90, man. It's kitted out! I saw this, and I dead a**, my jaw dropped from over there."
During a livestream earlier today (October 21, 2024), Agent 00 speculated that Ferrari may sue him because he plans to modify his SF90. Claiming that Italian automaker "hates" when customers tweak their vehicles, the Twitch streamer stated:
"There is a chance I get sued by Ferrari because I will mod the car. This is not a debate. I mod all my cars. Sometimes, Ferrari hates that s**t. I've seen them give people cease and desist for doing things to the car they didn't approve of."
Twitch streamer and AMP member Agent 00 says he "will risk the lawsuit" if Ferrari sues him for modifying his SF90
As the stream continued, Agent 00 said he was willing to "risk a lawsuit" because he spent half a million dollars on the Ferrari SF90:
"This is okay. I will risk the lawsuit because I spend half a million dollars, and it's my f**king car. So, they've got to be okay with that. I don't know what all I'm going to do with it. I'm going to keep it the way it is for six months. But just know - when I make some changes to that car, and I might not change the color. I haven't decided yet. Actually, I'm in love with the color."
Explaining how he likes to modify his cars, the 28-year-old said:
"But, you know my body. Chat, you've seen my Blackwing. You've seen my M4. You've seen what I like to do. Like, I like my cars aggressive, bro."
Earlier this month, on October 8, 2024, Agent 00 garnered attention on social media after claiming that he does not lock his manual cars.
