A new chapter has unfolded in the Lunchly controversy, with Twitch streamer Edward "BTMC" discovering mold in the brand's food and beverage box. For those out of the loop, Jimmy "MrBeast," Logan Paul, and Olajide "KSI's" product came under scrutiny after Rosanna Pansino discovered "a ton of mold" while unboxing Lunchly's The Pizza.
The 39-year-old YouTuber's video on X went viral, prompting numerous netizens and content creators to unpack the Lunchables competitor's packages.
During a Just Chatting and gaming livestream earlier today (November 5, 2024), BTMC reviewed Lunchly's The Pizza. After commenting on the packaging, the content creator opened the box and discovered that the cheese was moldy.
While expressing his surprise at the situation, BTMC made it clear that he would not be eating the meal:
"There is no f**king way! There is actually no way! Wait! (The Twitch streamer zooms in on the cheese) There is no way! Wait, that is so bad! What?! 'Are you going to taste that?' F**k you! I'm not going to eat that! There's no way!
"Wait, I saw, like, some... oh, yo! There's, like, spores coming out it, dude! Wait, is this not sealed? Do you guys see that? I don't know how to, like... I can see spores literally coming out. I don't know if the camera is picking that up. Holy f**k, dude! That's actually insane! Jake! Jake, are you there? Come in here!"

"It's actually just mold" - Twitch streamer BTMC shocked upon discovering what he found after unpacking The Pizza Lunchly
BTMC was five minutes into his recent Twitch broadcast when he discovered mold in his The Pizza Lunchly. After calling his friend to inform him of his findings, the Osu! content creator stated:
"It's f**king real! It's actually just mold, dude! (The streamer's friend asks, 'How long has it been in the fridge?') Two weeks. It's actually best by December. And I bought this with the Lunchables at the same time. Right? Both of them are best by December."
BTMC then made a lighthearted remark about the situation:
"Wait, that's true, chat, blue cheese is like a delicacy, right? So maybe that's a feature. Maybe it's supposed to be blue. The box is blue."
BTMC isn't the only Twitch streamer who discovered mold in his Lunchly package. On October 24, 2024, a video of aSpicyCow finding the same went viral on social media platforms such as X and Reddit.
