Twitch streamer CaseOh has taken the internet by storm after winning the Content Creator of the Year award at The Game Awards 2024. For those unaware, The Game Awards, hosted by Geoff Keighley, premiered on December 12, 2024. While the annual ceremony honored many of the year's best games, it also facilitated some of the most prominent internet personalities.

CaseOh triumphed above all and took home the prestigious award. While co-streaming The Game Awards, the Arkansas native told his audience he wouldn't win the title. However, when Geoff Keighley announced him as the winner, the Twitch star was left stunned and speechless.
A few moments later, CaseOh gave a "victory speech," saying:

"That right there just goes to show you, no matter who you are or where you are from, you can wind up doing something that you never thought possible. I'm some random fat dude that looks like a lumberjack from a small town in Arkansas, who was living in a trailer. Right? And then, that just happened. Hey, you never know where life is going to take you, man. You never know where life will take you, man!"
Many fans have taken to X to react to the streamer winning the award.

Which other award did CaseOh win in 2024?
In addition to being named the Content Creator of the Year at The Game Awards 2024, CaseOh also won the Gamer of the Year award at Twitch streamer Blaire "QTCinderella's" The Streamer Awards 2024. While the 26-year-old could not attend the event in person, he addressed the community via a pre-recorded video, in which he said:
"Gamer of the Year award! That is a tough one. But y'all know we do be doing some gaming, and if y'all voted and supported your boy, we take it! Just know I love and appreciate y'all man. All right?"
CaseOh created his official Twitch channel in 2018 and has since gained over 6.2 million followers. He is currently ranked as the third most popular English-speaking streamer on the platform.
