Despite the daunting nature of the task, the streamer persevered and reached his goal today (September 8, 2024), completing a whopping 9,200 pull-ups in the process. Moreover, since the stream will continue for a few more hours, the number can only go up from here.
For those unaware, the previous record was set by Japan's Kenta Adachi earlier this year (February 22-23), who managed 8,940. Censor has already dashed past that figure and is ahead by over 200 pull-ups.
