Twitch streamer Lacy claims he was "treated unfairly" by FaZe Clan, says he's starting a new organization

Twitch streamer Nick "Lacy" has accused FaZe Clan of treating him "unfairly." On January 8, 2025, Ryan (X/@scubaryan_) — a popular X user known for sharing streamer content — shared a one-minute-58-second video, in which Lacy claimed that FaZe Clan CEO, Richard "FaZe Banks" made a "big mistake." Stating that he planned on starting a new organization, EZAF — which is FaZe spelled backward — the content creator remarked:

"Big mistake you made, FaZe Banks. So I will be starting my own organization! That's right! I'm starting my own org! And you know what's it going to be called? It's going to be called EZAF. EZAF! And everybody in the chat is allowed to join! From this day on, I've been treated unjust, I've been treated unfair! I didn't do s**t! I was a good streamer, a good org mate, a good friend to everybody in FaZe! But from this day on, it's f**k FaZe Clan! I'm starting my own org - EZAF!"

The 21-year-old then commented on FaZe Banks' alleged decision to release him from FaZe Clan:

"Hey Banks, I'm coming for your throat! You want to release me? I have that s**t on my back! One thing you should learn in life - don't f**k with Lacy... because here's where you really f**ked up, FaZe. Now I've got something to prove. Now I've got something to prove!"

Furthermore, Lacy called out prominent FaZe Clan members by saying:

"Hey, Stable Ronaldo, you're a stupid Indian dunderhead. Hey, Plaqueboymax, big forehead faded-away hairline piece of s**t! Hey, Silky, take them temp grills out of your mouth, boy! Hey, Adapt, you've got the IQ of a f**king rock! Hey, Jason (Jasontheween), there's a mile between your f**king eyes!"

FaZe Clan hosts a poll on who should they kick out of the organization, Lacy responds

On January 8, 2025, FaZe Clan conducted a poll on their official X account to determine who should be kicked out of the organization. The following members were nominated:

• Lacy
• Plaqueboymax
• Stable Ronaldo
• Jasontheween

Lacy — who was recently banned on Twitch — received the majority votes, with 58.9% of netizens wanting him suspended from the collective.

Nick eventually responded, saying that he was "kicked" by FaZe Clan. He added:

"Kicked from FaZe Clan. Looking for new organization to represent."

However, he is still associated with FaZe on X, as his bio states he is a "streamer for the FaZe Clan." Furthermore, he has not been removed from the organization's roster, as listed on their official website.
