Twitch creator MissMikkaa recently defied all odds by beating two renditions of Elden Ring's DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, running simultaneously side by side. The streamer controlled one of the two instances of the game by using a traditional game controller while using a dance pad for the other.
MissMikkaa managed to beat Promised Consort Radahn, the final boss that appears towards the end of the DLC. The creator also shared that she had been trying to achieve the incredible feat over four days, with 239 non-stop tries, totaling up to 14 hours worth of effort as part of her "Ultimate Challenge run".

MissMikkaa is a well-known streamer in the realm of Soulsborne games, having won the Best Soulslike Streamer award in The Streamer Awards 2023. She has also beaten Elden Ring using only the Dance Pad while not leveling up beyond the first one throughout.
She has also beaten the game using only one hand and remaining at level 1 throughout. Notably, she beat the game using a single finger once, as listed in the "About" section of her Twitch channel.
Sharing some statistics regarding her current run, she stated that she had to endure over 685 deaths per instance of the game, which translated to 1,370 total deaths. Thirty-five percent of those deaths could be attributed directly to Promised Consort Radahn, amounting to a total of 411 deaths.
She had also been considerably and understandably stressed throughout her Ultimate Challenge run of Shadow of the Erdtree, attaining a maximum heart rate of 166 beats per minute (BPM). This is considerably higher than the average heart rate of 60-100 BPM.
Soulsborne games have often been used by streamers as a way to push themselves, and specially-abled Twitch creator Rocky "RockyNoHands" is no exception. Despite being paraplegic, the creator used of a special controller maneuvered solely using his mouth to beat the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
