Twitch star Kai Cenat recently revealed his intention to host a global Beyblade tournament in 2025 with official permission from the owners of the Beyblade franchise, Takara Tomy. Recently, the streamer received a "care package" containing Beyblades and merchandise from Takara Tomy after he reached out to them and asked for the same for his sleepover livestream featuring other members of the AMP group.
In a broadcast from January 26, 2025, Kai Cenat expressed his desire to make a "huge" and "legit' Beyblade tournament:
"This year, I'm going to try and talk to Beyblade, and I want to do a legit, I just want to try it real quick. I want to do a Beyblade tournament, I know it's some nerdy sh** but for me, it's not, bro. Now, I just want to do that real quick. bro. I want to do a Beyblade tournament. I want to do a huge a** Beyblade tournament..."

During his sleepover broadcast, Kai Cenat was seen unboxing the care package he received from Takara Tomy, including original models sent in by the company. Some members of the AMP group, including Agent00, Duke Dennis, and ImDavisss, later played a Beyblade tournament together.
Keeping this in mind, Kai Cenat talked about the tournament potentially involving Beyblade content creators and players from around the globe. He said:
"I need the best Beyblade n****s in the world for this sh**. And I'm going to put a prize win on it, bro. I aint gonna lie I understand that it is not as big as before but... that sh** is f**king lit. But I really want to put together a crazy Beyblade tournament."
On the other side, fellow Twitch streamer Tylil recently talked about a supposed lack of communication from Kai Cenat's side over the past few days, claiming that the Cenat has been distant since getting into a relationship with Gabrielle Alayah.
