YouTube star Darren "IShowSpeed" revealed in a recent broadcast on the platform that he and fellow Twitch streamer Kai Cenat might link up once again for another video game marathon livestream. The two made headlines after their Hardcore Minecraft marathon stream went viral, wherein they died 42 times in the game before finally beating it.
Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed will supposedly conduct the marathon broadcast in November 2024, as per a statement by the latter:
"We'll be doing another one in November, y'all."
IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat to do another video game marathon livestream in November
Darren "IShowSpeed" and Kai Cenat have been collaborating on broadcasts together over the past few months, coming up with interesting video game streams for their fans. Their Hardcore Minecraft marathon proved to be the longest, taking over 105 hours to finish due to them dying multiple times and having to repeat their entire progress each time.
The stream was also memorable, as the pair achieved milestones related to their streaming channels while live. Kai Cenat hit 13 million followers on Twitch while IShowSpeed managed 28 million subscribers on YouTube.
The two have also held collaborative streams of other games, such as the viral third-dimensional platformer game Chained Together, which they played while being chained to each other in real life.
Before expressing his desire to hold another video game marathon with Cenat, IShowSpeed remarked on his Minecraft stream with the Twitch streamer and called it the "greatest ever":
"Chat, greatest ever, bro. Greatest gaming marathon I have ever done, y'all. Greatest."
IShowSpeed was recently surpassed in terms of YouTube subscribers by his idol, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. For those unaware, the latter recently launched his own YouTube channel, which quickly garnered tens of millions of followers in just a few days.
