Kick content creator Sam Pepper had a meltdown in a hospital after consuming a local cultural drink and falling sick. The beverage he'd had is called bhang, a recreational drink containing components of cannabis that has been consumed in the Indian subcontinent for centuries.
However, Sam Pepper experienced severe digestion issues because of the drink, which he had labeled as "amazing" after taking a sip. In the clip showcasing his condition after he consumed the concoction, the creator can be heard saying:
"Not feeling too hot, chat. Not feeling too hot."
Sam Pepper hospitalized after consuming local recreational drink in India
In the clip, Sam Pepper can be seen spending time in the hospital while looking visibly uncomfortable and even in pain in certain segments. Sitting on the hospital bed and having intravenous cannulas in both hands, the streamer explained his symptoms:
"The whole night, twelve hours, I was vomiting like every five minutes. The sh***ing's the worst part."
In another segment, the content creator can be seen dealing with what was seemingly an error on the nurse's part, causing one of his cannulas to start leaking blood. Watching the cannula malfunctioning, he stated:
"Oh, blood! Blood! I don't do good with blood. Ugh! You didn't do it up right! Oh, my blood's everywhere! Nurse!"
The clip then cuts to the content creator being surrounded by the hospital staff, with him crying while explaining the alleged error made by the nurse:
"How did you not know to close this! It's simple!... I don't want to be here! Don't cry? I wake up with blood going everywhere because someone hasn't closed my valve! Like, it's simple! I don't feel safe here. I don't feel safe. I don't feel like you know what you're doing because this is very simple."
Sam Pepper is known for being a controversial figure online. He was banned from Kick in January 2024 after his friend appeared on the stream without clothes with a woman.
