Former Twitch streamer and YouTuber, Herschel "Dr DisRespect" is all set to become the flagbearer of the Gaming section of Rumble, an alternative livestreaming platform. It is most popularly known for being the website where Andrew Tate creates content under his channel named Tate Speech by Andrew Tate.
In a blog post made by Rumble, it was announced that Dr DisRespect has signed an agreement with the company which includes equity with milestones "as a majority of its compensation". He will be acting as an advisor for Rumble Gaming and "helping to build" its community, as per the blog post.
As part of this agreement, Dr DisRespect will also be making content for Rumble Premium — the paid, ad-free version of the platform that grants access to exclusive material produced by content creators that free users cannot access.

Thus, while Rumble Gaming refers to the gaming-specific section of the website, Rumble Premium refers to a paid subscription that offers exclusive content from creators to interested viewers, as well as an ad-free experience of the website, alongside other benefits.
Dr DisRespect poised to "lead" Rumble Gaming and become a Rumble Premium content creator
Dr DisRespect has been in hot water ever since his Twitch Whisper controversy, which involved him admitting to having engaged in inappropriate conversations with a minor back in 2017, and eventually led to his ban from Twitch in 2020.
He had also faced consequences while creating content on YouTube, as individuals were not allowed to purchase memberships on his channel after the controversy. Thus, it is no surprise that the streamer has decided to join Rumble, which is an "alt-tech" platform aiming to provide greater freedom to content creators through relatively relaxed moderation policies.
A section of the blog post specified that Dr Disrespect’s first stream on the platform will happen on December 2, 2024. While he will continue to host free content on the website, some exclusive content will only be available to Rumble Premium users, who will also gain a verified badge and an ad-free experience (much akin to the premium version of X).
Alongside the blog post by Rumble, Dr DisRespect had also recently made a post on X, informing his community of his arrival on the platform.
