Felix "xQc" and Samantha "Adept" have been engaged in legal battles for years and in her recent lawsuit, the latter accused Felix of sexual assault and abuse. This was revealed by YouTuber Henry Resilient in a YouTube video on October 24. Since then, posts about the allegations have gone viral on social media.

As per Henry Resilient's video, Adept's lawsuit alleges numerous occasions of physical and emotional abuse at the hands of xQc and is apparently asking for punitive damages that reportedly exceed $1.4 million.

As mentioned, the accusations of assault are numerous. Paragraph 24 of the complaint summary in the legal document claims that drug user xQc assaulted her last year in October which resulted in a police response:

"On or about May 10, 2023, right after purchasing the wedding ring, Felix smashed Samantha's face into his shoulder resulting in a police response and the issuance of an Emergency Protective order."

In a later part of the document in paragraph 25, xQc is accused of rape. The relevant part of the lawsuit allegedly reads:

"After manipulating Samantha into a conversation about reconciliation, Felix forcibly raped Samantha. This incident again resulted in a police response, a rape kit documenting bruises on Samantha's face, arm and legs and lacerations to her vagina, and another Emergency Protective Order. "We are not going to censor anything": xQc reacts after getting accused of sexual assault in Adept's lawsuit

xQc has given an update on his X community after legal YouTuber Henry Resilient revealed that the Twitch and Kick streamer has been accused of sexual assault by his former partner Adept in a recent lawsuit filed in California.

After Henry Resilient posted the video, numerous social media posts about xQc getting accused of abuse went viral on social media with viewers giving their opinion on the subject. The streamer has refrained from talking about the court cases in depth before but did mention it once social media started talking about it.

In a post on his X community, xQc seemingly asked his moderators that they should not censor details about the lawsuit considering it is freely available in the public domain. The streamer also seemingly hinted that he would say more about the accusations, writing:

"There’s no mod channel in the com so here’s to mods: let them post whatever they find on the out there about the lawsuit. The information is readily available on the internet, we’re not gonna censor anything. I am under no obligation to keep quiet about any of this either."

He has not made any further comments about the lawsuit except revealing that Adept's attorneys wanted $10 million to settle the case out of court.
