Rolling Stone's "25 Most Influential Creators" list highlights the most impactful digital content creators across various platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The list features a mix of established and emerging influencers who have significantly shaped online culture this year. In 2024, it featured creators like MrBeast, RDC World, and four Twitch streamers.

One of the streamers listed was AMP member, Duke Dennis. The 30-year-old Twitch star has made a name for himself through his online personality, which initially revolved around charming women. Through this, he pioneered internet slang like "rizz," which has become a sensation online.

In a recent stream, he mentioned Rolling Stone's list and commented on YouTuber streamer IShowSpeed's absence:

"Where is Speed bruh? Like why was Speed, not one, two, three, four, or five? You know what I'm saying?"

Before this, Duke Dennis commented on Kai Cenat being ranked number one, and him being fifth on the list, saying his feelings towards the positioning weren't strong:

"Kai, being number one, that's expected, right? Me being number five... I really don't give a fu*k."

Kai Cenat is currently Twitch's most subscribed streamer, and considering his influence, Duke understands why he was placed at number one.

Duke Dennis also touched upon the Esports Awards 2024, where the prestigious Streamer of the Year award was handed to Samantha "Rivers" Rivera Treviño. This was met with some criticism, with streamers like Asmongold claiming her win to be a "diversity pick":

"They got robbed from the 'Streamer of the Year' awards already."

Duke Dennis speaks on IShowSpeed's 2024 performance

Regarding Speed, Duke Dennis questioned who made the list, because in his eyes, Speed's absence was unfair:

"I just want to know, who be making the list, and you can't be doing this sh*t on purpose bro, because Speed on a crazy a*s run right now."

IShowSpeed has trailblazed through 2024 so far. In a matter of eight months, he has toured Europe in a series of viral IRL streams and has broken multiple milestones. Viewership on these streams would peak at about 220,000 live concurrent viewers from across the globe. Overall, his football-themed broadcasts during this tour accumulated around 2.5 billion views.

Recently, Speed beat Minecraft with Twitch streamer Kai Cenat in hardcore mode. The stream lasted over 105 hours, and during this, Speed surpassed 28 million subscribers on his channel.

Duke added that Speed's personality shouldn't be a factor in deciding his inclusion in Rolling Stone's list:

"It don't matter if Speed is annoying bruh, the n**ga is killing sh*t right now."

In the end, Duke showed appreciation for his spot on the list, but he also recognized that the magazine should have included creators who were more deserving of the position than him.
