DogPack404, a former Jimmy "MrBeast" employee, has found himself in hot water after making new allegations against Ava Kris Tyson and the most subscribed YouTuber. For context, on October 27, 2024, DogPack404 appeared in Rosanna Pansino's YouTube video, MrBeast KNEW All Along... (1,000+ Leaked Messages).
At one point, DogPack404 accused Ava Kris Tyson of alleged pedophilic behavior and displayed a screenshot of the message she purportedly sent in the "work chat logs." According to DogPack404, Tyson seemed to have shared an alleged explicit image of Ivanka Trump when she was 13 years old. Furthermore, he claimed that MrBeast knew Ava Kris Tyson's alleged actions.
This allegation has resulted in the former MrBeast crew member receiving backlash from the online community, with YouTuber Nicholas DeOrio tweeting:

"YouTubers Rosanna Pansino & DogPack404 released a video this week, accusing Kris Tyson of posting CP in a company work chat. In this video, Rosanna & Dogpack review the uncensored image they agree is CP, and do reverse images searches for where the picture originated from."
In a follow-up tweet, DeOrio remarked:
"It's ironic that these people completely lost the plot on this investigation and are now going back in YouTube editor to further blur what they think is f**king child p**n. I've also seen no evidence this was an official work group chat. I'm personally not convinced."
Additionally, commentary YouTuber WillyMacShow accused DogPack404 of spreading misinformation, adding that he should "delete" his channel in light of the situation:
"This is what Dogpack does. He gets something wrong because he recklessly throws out information. Channels report on it. People realize he's wrong. Dogpack walks it back but hides behind legal speak, while still talking as if Jimmy's guilty of it. Dogpack, delete your channel," tweeted YouTuber WillyMacShow.
DogPack404 responds to backlash after making recent allegations against Ava Kris Tyson and MrBeast
On October 29, 2024, DogPack404 addressed the community about the recent backlash, claiming that the alleged photo of Ivanka Trump was from the British GQ Magazine published in April 2000.
According to DogPack404, he and Rosanna Pansino went to the FBI before filming the video, and "everything" he and the 39-year-old did was "handled in accordance with the law":
"I have received the original source of the Ivanka photo. It's from an April 2000 British GQ Magazine photoshoot. Surprisingly it is actually her and she was 18 at the time. I'm sure now people will flip and say I should've reverse image searched the photo more before going to the authorities the media. Also, Ro first visited the FBI before filming the YouTube video (Another lie that's being spread). Everything was handled in accordance with the law."
DogPack404 then commented on the allegation that he and Rosanna Pansino made against Ava Kris Tyson, writing:
"And again, Ro and I never reported Ava's allegation of '13' as fact. I showed what Ava alleged, I showed the law, I said that if it actually was a 13-year-old, it would constitute as CP in my opinion. Other people ran CP as fact. Not us."
As of this writing, neither MrBeast nor Ava Kris Tyson have responded to DogPack404's or Rosanna Pansino's allegations.
