YouTuber IShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr, was blown away by the taste of Jollibee fried chicken while IRL streaming from the Philippines. The streamer has been touring Southeast Asia over the last few days and has been trying a lot of local cuisine.
IShowSpeed's journey in the Philippines has been quite eventful. Yesterday, he had a hilarious reaction after locals made him believe that he had consumed cat meat as a joke. In his most recent broadcast, the American YouTuber tried some fried chicken from a popular Philippines fast-food chain called Jollibee and danced in joy inside the store after tasting it.
IShowSpeed, who was clearly impressed with the taste of the dish, approached his fans who were following him around. He stated:

IShowSpeed could not believe how good Philippines Jollibee fried chicken tastes after trying it for the first time on stream
Jollibee is a very popular Filipino fried chicken joint with over 1,500 stores in the country. IShowSpeed tried it for the first time on his IRL live stream on September 12. The American streamer, who was told it is better than KFC, said this before trying the fried chicken:
"Everybody in the Philippines says that this is better than KFC. So, let's check it out."
The YouTuber asked one of the staff members at Jollibee to kiss the chicken before he tried it, as others squealed with delight inside the store. After taking a couple of bites, IShowSpeed stood on top of the store counter, asking:
"Why the f**k this fried chicken so good? Goddamn!"
Turning to the staff members, the streamer asked who seasoned the food while praising its taste. He also noted how he did not believe the hype around Jollibee before he tried it:
"Who seasoned this? Why is this so well-seasoned? What the heck! I thought you all were dragging it. What the f**k Philippines! Who seasoned this? Bring him, bring him."
