Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" appears to be heading back to a new legal battle with his ex-girlfriend Samantha "Adept." For context, the duo had previously been in a legal dispute that lasted until December 2023 and was pursued by Adept (plaintiff). However, this time it appears that xQc is the one initiating the lawsuit.
The news was first reported by verified xQc fan page iqkev (@iqkev). As per the online report, the main reason behind the lawsuit was down to Adept allegedly selling one of xQc's cars (McLaren 720s) and withholding another car (BMW X6M) to herself despite the Kick streamer allegedly demanding it back. The X post read:
"New court documents have been filed confirming that xQc is now suing his ex-girlfriend, Adept, for over $500,000."
What are the allegations in the lawsuit filed by xQc against Adept?
xQc has reportedly initiated legal action against his ex-girlfriend Adept over the alleged sale of his 2022 McLaren 720s, asserting that it was his car all along and that Adept never returned it, leading to a dispute over ownership. The court document read:
"Lopez (Adept) never paid Lengyel (xQc) his share of the proceeds from the McLaren's sale or paid her share of the vehicle registration that took place on October 31, 2023."
In the alleged court document, another car is mentioned - specifically, xQc's 2022 BMW X6M. It is claimed that this vehicle was purchased with the streamer's money but was used by Adept for her daily use. It is also alleged that she used xQc's credit card information without his knowledge to pay the registration fees:
"Lopez (Adept) converted the BMW and upon information and belief, is using it as her daily vehicle. At all relevant times, Lopez never asked Lengyel for permission to use the car or paid Lengyel for its use."
The document goes on to allege that Adept had converted the car's registration to her name:
"In or around early 2024, Lopez used Lengyel's credit card without his authorization to pay the California DMV the BMW's vehicle registration fees, which were approximately $1500.00."

At the time of writing, Twitch streamer Adept has not officially responded to the lawsuit against her, and xQc has also yet to comment on it.
