Kick streamer and former professional Overwatch player, Felix "xQc" was recently live, alongside fellow platform member and streamer, Adin Ross, when the latter brought up a question regarding the Ava Kris Tyson controversy Initially, the streamer responded to Ross by saying that he does not care about the situation enough and later reaffirmed his position by calling Tyson a "degen weirdo":

"I don't give a f**k. After the first [incident], it was like, yeah, this guy's a degen weirdo, moving on"

The term "degen," short for degenerate, is often used online to describe someone perceived as engaging in irresponsible or unconventional behavior.

For those unfamiliar with the situation, Ava Kris Tyson, a long-time associate of YouTuber Jimmy "MrBeast", was accused of grooming minors. As a result, Beast terminated his professional relationship with her.

Later in the clip, xQc elaborated on his stance, stating that he would prefer to stop discussing Ava and her controversy. He expressed a desire not to provide her with a platform or further publicize the situation. He said:

"What am I going to do? Make a bunch of videos and essays about how much it makes me mad? Yeah, the guy's a fu**ing weirdo, I'm not going to keep talking about it and promote that sh*t."

Adin responded, supporting xQc, by saying:

"Facts, he is weird, on God."

What else has xQc said about the Ava Kris Tyson situation?

Initially, xQc had very little to share regarding his take on the controversy, he later took to X and made his first response, where he slammed other online creators for remaining silent about the situation.

He also gave fellow streamer, HasanAbi, backlash for allegedly dragging on conversations about Tyson on his streams, effectively blowing the matter out of proportion. This is in line with what the streamer said recently while he was live with Adin Ross.

xQc does not believe entertaining conversations related to the controversy is necessary and does not wish to amplify the controversy by speaking about it.

Another person xQc criticized was Rumble streamer, Sneako. Felix claims that he was capitalizing on the situation for "easy likes."

Regarding Ava Tyson's apology, xQc referred to the statement as a cop-out from the former MrBeast member and believed that she was acting "irresponsible" and did not address the situation clearly.

Overall, the streamer's main philosophy appeared to be to not provide any unwarranted attention to the controversy and avoid promoting any further attention to Ava's situation.
