Twitch and Kick streamer Felix Lengyel, better known as xQc, has recently revealed that his former partner Adept has filed another lawsuit against him over their separation. For those who don't know, Adept had previously filed a similar case in another state in 2023, claiming that the two had been in a common-law marriage. xQc had denied these claims and won the lawsuit.

However, on his Twitch stream dated October 20, 2024, Lengyel revealed that Adept has filed a similar suit once more in the state of California. Not only did he explain how the two lawsuits were similar, but he also revealed that like last time, his ex's legal team wanted $10 million to settle out of court.

In a clip that has garnered a lot of views on social media, the streamer claims that Adept's accusations are "fabrication" while noting that she wanted $10 million:

"I didn't give a f**k 'cus there was nothing valid that was said, there's nothing that is relevant. And they are doing the same thing. That thing was attached to a letter that was asking for 10 mil. So that it doesn't come out. Of course the lawsuit isn't going to go anywhere because it is not valid, there's nothing good, nothing real about it. It was a complete fabrication."

"You are not getting $10": xQc insists he will not settle Adept's lawsuit after her legal team allegedly asked for $10 million

For those unaware, xQc and Adept had been publicly dating on and off for years before having a massive breakup in 2022 which led to legal proceedings in 2023 after the latter alleged that the two were married. Felix has fought the claims once, and a few months ago, he announced that the lawsuit was over and that he had won everything.

However, it seems that another lawsuit has cropped up with similar allegations, and like last time, xQc claimed that his former partner's legal team has once again demanded $10 million to settle it out of court. The Twitch streamer seems to be sticking to his word and told his viewers that he would not be settling the lawsuit for any amount of money, even if it's for $10:

"So it was like, 'It's going to public, and these are the accusations. We want 10 mil.' They want 10 mil. Brother, I sat with the lawyer and said, 'Listen, on my behalf, even if they ask to settle for 10 bucks, it's going to be a f**king no. I don't care what amount it is going to be, we are tackling this head on, off the rip. We are not doing this.'"

xQc once again repeated how he was unwilling to give Adept even $10, much less $10 million:

"So to think that they are going to get $10 milllion, brother, you are not going to get $10 mothersucker. You are not getting 10 f**king dollars."

In related news, on top of the lawsuit about their alleged marriage, the former couple has also been embroiled in another court case that has to do with the supposed illegal sale of xQc's McLaren 720s Spider.
