In December 2024, xQc revealed that he would be traveling to Los Angeles to present at the Streamer Awards 2024.
The Streamer Awards 2024 will celebrate the achievements of the streaming community, showcasing a diverse range of talent across various categories.
The event, hosted by QTCinderella and a co-host who's yet to be announced, will take place on December 7, 2024, and will be live-streamed on QTCinderella's official Twitch channel at 3:00 PM PT. Fans can watch the awards ceremony and engage in live chats during the stream.
The awards recognize diverse genres like "Best Just Chatting Streamer", "Best FPS Streamer", and "Streamer of the Year". In a recent live stream, xQc revealed he would be presenting an "important" award, and that as part of his presentation, he would have to come up with a few jokes.

The streamer went through his segment details live, and noticed that he had some preparation to do:
"I have to come up with a whole segment... Oh my God! Bro, I gotta lock in. Chat, I got one of the important ones."
In addition, he spoke about how underprepared he was, considering he hadn't thought of a joke yet.
"This sh*t's in less than 24 hours, I don't have any clothes either, I'll figure it out. It says, 'Come up with your own joke'..."

Twitch streamer QTCinderella, the creator and organizer of the Streamer Awards, will return as the host of its 2024 iteration (to be held at The Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles). Known for her dedication to fostering community recognition within the streaming world, QTCinderella launched the awards ceremony in 2022 as a grassroots effort to celebrate streamers across diverse categories.
With regards to his presentation at the upcoming awards ceremony, xQc hilariously stated that even if a joke of his didn't land, he could pass it off as QTCinderella's:
"If the joke sucks... I can blame it on QT and [say] it was her joke. This is too easy. 'Cus I can throw her under the bus (Laughs). Imma do a joke, if nobody laughs, I'll say 'That was QT's joke', then they laugh , and I'll say, 'That was my joke', and they'll laugh again."
