Twitch and Kick star Felix "xQc's" ex-girlfriend, Samantha "Adept," is reportedly suing him again in the state of California. For those unaware, the two content creators have been embroiled in a feud since September 2022, when Adept accused xQc of violating court orders.
Netizens eventually discovered court documents indicating that xQc and Adept were legally married and had filed for divorce. However, the former Overwatch pro denied the claims, stating he was not married to the 30-year-old.
Following a year-long legal battle, xQc announced on March 28, 2024, that he had "won everything," and that Adept had "no chance" in the case.
However, things seemed to have changed, as reports about Adept filing the same lawsuit against the French-Canadian personality surfaced on X. A user on the platform, @iqkev, wrote the following:
"BREAKING: After losing multiple times in court throughout the year, xQc's ex-girlfriend, Adept, is now suing him again. All old claims of marriage, defamation, and much more are being refiled in the state of California."
"Eight claims of the most outrageous s**t" - xQc confirms he's being sued again in the state of California
During a livestream earlier today (October 20, 2024), xQc confirmed that he is being sued in California. Claiming that the legal case was the "exact same thing" and a "copy-paste" of a previous situation, the Twitch streamer said:
"Guys, I don't even know how to say this. Yesterday, chat, you must've noticed I left the stream for like 10 minutes or whatever. Right? I had a mini-meeting with my agents or whatever. Brother, apparently, I'm getting sued again. It's the exact same thing. The exact same copy-paste, but in California instead. Like, oh, god! Man, I don't know what to say anymore."

xQc then described the situation as "sad," questioning why the legal system "allowed" it:
"Dude, I want to make a song and dance and rant for an hour about this s**t. But I'm not giving it the light of day because it's just... I don't know what to say. It's just sad at this point. I don't even know why the legal system allows this. I don't know why you're even allowed to do this in a court of law."
The Quebec native added that "every single claim" that he won during the legal battle has been "copy-pasted" into a new lawsuit:
"Every single claim that has been done and won in court and proven in court that I won is being re-brought up and copy-pasted, and all slammed into one new lawsuit in California. It's like eight claims of the most outrageous s**t."
As of this writing, Adept has not commented on the re-filing of the lawsuit in the state of California.
