Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" recently reacted to Cristiano Ronaldo's comment on a post shared by fellow streamer Darren "IShowSpeed." The post in question was Speed celebrating his 20th birthday. It featured a comment from soccer star Ronaldo, who is also Instagram's most-followed individual (648 million followers). The Portuguese footballer wished the streamer on his birthday, stating:
"Happy Birthday, Speed! Hope your day was great. Stay wild and fast!"
At the time of writing, Ronaldo's comment has over 600K likes and over 7K responses. Kick streamer xQc, however, had a different take on the Portuguese's reply. The streamer suggested that it was perhaps a strategy from his team to "modernize" his social media operations. He said:
"Who's gonna tell this guy? Who's gonna tell him? Guys, I don't mean to discredit him, he (Speed) does have massive motion, but Ronaldo is on this massive youth overtake social media and they kinda modernize operations to do more with their internet coverage and they just manage his socials more. That's all."

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most recognizable names worldwide. Numerous creators have collaborated with him, and Ronaldo himself has ventured into content creation with his YouTube channel, which now boasts over 73 million subscribers.
Recently, Cristiano Ronaldo teamed up with YouTube's most-subscribed creator, Jimmy "MrBeast." The collaboration saw them appearing on each other's platforms — Jimmy featured on Ronaldo's podcast, while Ronaldo returned the favor by making a cameo in a football challenge video on Jimmy's channel:
However, Ronaldo has been collaborating with YouTubers long before it became a trend. For instance, he appeared in a football challenge video by Sidemen member Harry "W2S" in October 2017. The video has since garnered over 72 million views.
Another YouTuber, Christopher "ChrisMD," has also collaborated with Ronaldo on two separate occasions — once in September 2017 and again in September 2019.
Ronaldo met IShowSpeed, though it wasn't a formal collaboration. Speed, who is known for being a massive fan of the footballer, had the opportunity to meet him in June 2023.
Ronaldo continues to upload content to his YouTube channel, though most of his guests are typically from a footballing background. His channel has also set records, including gaining the most subscribers in 24 hours (19 million), a record previously held by MrBeast.
