Twitch sensation Kai Cenat has called out Complex magazine on his most recent livestream, blasting them for their coverage of the recent allegations against his cameraman ChrisV. Earlier, ChrisV was mired in controversy after a post thread on X accusing him of sending inappropriate and explicit messages to a minor went viral.

In an initial report by Complex, Kai Cenat's fellow AMP group member, who goes by the online username Chrisnxtdoor, was erroneously mentioned as the accused instead of the cameraman ChrisV. While the media outlet has since issued a correction and apologized for the mixup, Chrisnxtdoor has gone on record, claiming that Kai Cenat will be cutting ties with Complex.

A few hours after Chrisnxtdoor's statement, Kai Cenat started his much-anticipated Bloodborne marathon and tore into Complex Magazine for the mistake. He claimed that the error could have been avoided with 30 seconds of research:

"Y'all had the nerve to put out a false article about one of the AMP members and all you had to was do 30 seconds of research."

Kai Cenat says he will not be collaborating with Complex due to the article which initially named Chrisnxtdoor

The ChrisV allegations were quite serious, with many in the streaming community expressing their disdain about the accused. Kai Cenat himself addressed the accusations within a day after the victim posted about the series of inappropriate messages. The Twitch streamer had swiftly announced that he was cutting off all ties to ChrisV.

As for the Complex article, Kai seemed quite angry when he brought up how the media outlet had mixed up ChrisV's name with his friend and AMP co-member Chrisnxtdoor. He even went on to say that the report was a stain on his fellow content creator's career:

"Bro, listen to me, Chrisnxtdoor ain't do sh*t. He is not part of any situation, he ain't do sh*t! He is one of the quietest. When you talk about Chrisnxtdoor, he is literally minding his business, he doesn't do sh*t! He has yet to come out on you all's platform. He has yet to do a lot of sh*t in his personal lane, my ni**a. So for you all ni**as to that is absolutely crazy."

Kai Cenat then proceeded to directly address Complex and said that he would be cutting off all ties with the media network due to the debacle. The Twitch star also noted that this means he will not be collaborating with them on projects they have talked about in the past:

"I know we have a lot of sh*t that we were supposed to do in the future Complex. It was a lot of sh*t that you all wanted me for. I am going to go ahead and cut that tie right there, bro. Just because a dumba** ni**a, who wrote an article, f**ked up. And him being my mans, bro, I am not working with you. I ain't doing sh*t with Complex until further notice. That sh*t was ridiculous, bro!"

Kai Cenat reiterated the importance of fact-checking and research when dealing with serious allegations:

"It just takes five seconds of f**king research my ni**a. That's so f**ked up because when you search his name, it's a case that— Chrisnxtdoor's name is now a possibility that somebody who doesn't know sh*t just wrote that article."

In the midst of all this, Kai Cenat is in the middle of his 100+ hour marathon Bloodborne stream. Fans are quite excited for their favorite streamer to play another FromSoftware game after he finished Elden Ring and its DLC in two separate marathon broadcasts.
