Controversial internet personality Nicholas Joseph Fuentes, or Nick Fuentes, has claimed that Kanye West once "screamed" at Adin Ross. In a 50-second video posted on X, the right-wing political commentator discussed his time working for West during the "Ye24" campaign. He then detailed the Grammy Award-winning musician's alleged phone call with Ross while staying at the Nobu Hotel, saying:
"You know, I was working for Ye. We were doing the Ye24 campaign. We were at the headquarters again, we were at the Nobu Hotel, which was one of his favorite hotels. And, it was me and the whole crew there. And, Ye gets on the phone, and he starts screaming. We don't know who it is. Turns out it's Adin Ross."
According to Fuentes, West told the 24-year-old streamer not to speak to him in a certain way because he's Jewish:
"Adin Ross got Ye's number and he's trying to set up a stream. Ye screams, and he's like, 'Adin, you're Jewish, and don't ever talk to me like that!' And he hangs up. Everybody in the room was like, 'Whoa!' And he goes, 'Anybody got a Sprite?' And then he laughs and everybody starts laughing. Totally cuts the tension. And, I was like, 'Damn! That's hilarious.'"
Expressing amusement at the alleged situation, Fuentes remarked:
"So, I don't know if I ever told that story on stream before. But I thought it was the funniest thing because Adin Ross was trying to get a stream. I was talking to Adin Ross at that time, I talked to him on-stream a couple of times..."
When did Adin Ross plan to collaborate with Kanye West?
Adin Ross made headlines on December 4, 2022, when he announced plans to collaborate with Kanye West. A video of his conversation with Nick Fuentes surfaced on X, in which the latter seemed to confirm that the rapper wanted to meet for an interview. However, the highly anticipated collaboration never materialized.
On December 20, 2022, Ross appeared on Livingston "DJ Akademiks'" Off The Record podcast. At one point, the streamer explained why the collaboration didn't happen:
"I said something that... you know, kind of got... he probably thought I was an enemy. He called me up, I'm not going to say what I said, you know? I'm not going to do that. He called me up and basically just said like, 'Yo,' like, you know, like, 'You Jews are aren't going to tell me what I can, I can't say,' and you know, like, 'We cool?' And I was like, 'Yeah, we cool.' He said, 'I don't want you my enemy,'"
In April 2024, Julieanna "YesJulz" claimed that Adin Ross intended to collaborate with Kanye West for $2 million.
