YouTube star Rachell "Valkyrae" has responded to those shipping her with popular GTA 5 RP streamer Chatterbox. During a livestream on September 29, 2024, Valkyrae discussed the storyline involving her NoPixel character, Ray Mond, stating that she did not plan on finishing it "anytime soon."
She then commented on the recent GTA RP relationship scandal. For context, Twitch streamer Jesse "MOONMOON" was recently accused of cheating on his wife with DivaJilly, his GTA 5 RP in-game partner.
While claiming that people now believed that "everyone" engaging in relationship roleplay in the game was "cheating on their real-life wife," the 100 Thieves co-owner remarked:
"The whole relationship RP thing has a huge stink on it now because people can't differentiate if one person cheats on their real-life wife, that means everyone doing relationship RP is cheating on their real-life wife. It just feels really unfair and it feels gross to me. It feels disgusting. It feels entirely, I don't even want to be surrounded by that kind of energy at all! You know?"

Valkyrae then mentioned Chatterbox and his wife, claiming that they and she "didn't deserve the behavior" shown by some people:
"Chatty didn't deserve it. Chatty's wife didn't deserve it. I don't deserve it. The behavior that some people... it's crazy how I get looped into this s**t that I'm not even involved with! You know what I mean? It's crazy! Other people are f**king up and doing weird s**t, and then all of a sudden, it's like, 'I bet Valkyrae's got DMs with Chatterbox.'"

Valkyrae says Chatterbox roleplaying with her in GTA 5 RP has been "life-changing" for him
Valkyrae continued the conversation by discussing her messages with Chatterbox. Claiming that she recently responded to a netizen on X by stating that the "only DMs" she has with Chatterbox were "RP plans," the YouTuber said:
"Dude, one guy on Twitter was like... I told him, I was like, 'The only DMs I have with Chatty are RP plans, respect,' because he has been very grateful, how like, roleplaying with me has changed his life."
Furthermore, the Los Angeles-based personality explained how Chatterbox's "life changed" after roleplaying with her:
"Should I remind you? With the Chatterbox and Ray Mond arc, he (did) a subathon. His wife was able to quit her job. Take care of their kids. They have kids in real life. One of them has autism. So, for her to be able to stay home and help take care of the kids more is awesome! They got a new car. They got a new house. It's been life-changing!"
