An old clip of Kick streamer Adin Ross has surfaced where he, unironically, appears to ask rapper Lil Durk if he had ever been to "jail." The clip in question was shared by one of Ross' verified X.com accounts (@AdinReports). This garnered quite a reaction online given that Durk is currently in custody after facing charges involving "murder-for-hire."
In the clip, Adin Ross FaceTimed the rapper after listening to one of his songs. The music video featured Durk's images, seemingly posing for mug shots. During the call, Ross asked:
"Yo Dirkio (Lil Durk), I'm reacting to the new song, it's really good...I have a question though. In the video, I see a bunch of mug shots, is that you?"
Durk responded affirmatively that the images were indeed his mug shots.
"Yeah, all of them are my mug shots from the past."
The Kick streamer asked Durk if he had ever gone to jail:
"You've been to jail?"
Durk gave the following response:
"It ain't a good day. (Ross asked, 'How many times, bro?') How many mug shots are up there? (laughs)"
Adin Ross replied:
"Yeah, I love the song, bro. I'm really happy you dropped this. It's very good, I'm going to add it to my music list for sure. (Durk responded, 'I appreciate it. You know we've been locked in.')"

Why was rapper Lil Durk arrested?
Recent developments surrounding rapper Lil Durk (real name Durk Banks) have been quite controversial. Yesterday (October 24, 2024), the rapper was arrested in South Florida and subsequently taken to Broward County Jail.
Lil Durk is currently facing charges and is under investigation for his alleged involvement in a murder-for-hire scheme. Additionally, five other members of Only the Family (a hip-hop group from Chicago founded by Durk) have been arrested in connection with the conspiracy.
Reports from the investigation suggest that recorded evidence, including car rentals and flights booked with credit cards linked to OTF, has surfaced. The group allegedly offered music opportunities within OTF to anyone who could eliminate Quando Rondo (American rapper, and singer-songwriter).
Adin Ross has maintained a close connection with Lil Durk and even recently shared a sneak peek of one of his songs. Despite this relationship and the controversy now surrounding the rapper, the Kick co-owner has not commented on the situation.
