YouTuber Patrick "PopularMMOs" (17.1 million subscribers) is currently trending online after allegedly being "on the run" after pleading guilty to assault charges. In November 2024, the content creator pleaded guilty as part of a plea bargain and was handed several penalties, which included serving probation for 12 months.
PopularMMOs accepted the deal which saw him avoid potential prison sentences. However, reports now suggest that he has failed to keep his end of the bargain.
Warrant allegedly released for YouTuber PopularMMOs for "failure to serve sentence"
YouTuber PopularMMOs has landed in more trouble after allegedly failing to comply with the terms of his probation, following his guilty plea to assault charges. The news was shared on the popular subreddit r/youtube.
According to the document that has been shared, a warrant has supposedly been issued against the YouTuber for violating his probation. Given the current situation, the Popular MMOs could face additional penalties.
The r/youtube post read:
"PopularMMOs on the run after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer. Warrant is out to find him."

The YouTuber was originally arrested in March 2024. As part of his probation, he was obligated to make a $1,000 donation to the Police Memorial Fund, pay court fees, and write a letter of apology to the victim, a police officer.
The r/YouTube post naturally sparked a wave of comments reacting to the alleged document. Here are some of the responses:
"He even posted a video a year ago about how he went to jail. Guess we'll get another one, not sure when tho lol," said u/Long8D.
"He probably forgot to check in with this probation officer. It’ll be a couple of years on the sentence, he’ll serve a year and a day. He’ll probably get home confinement, if his lawyer’s worth a damn," wrote u/TheUmgawa.
"17.1 mill subscribers from yelling in your room with friends while playing Minecraft....or become a criminal," said u/PongOfPongs.
"I grew up watching this guy's Minecraft videos. How far he's fallen. Man," said u/hero_1337.
It is worth noting that the YouTuber has had prior encounters with authorities. Records from Duval County, Florida, reveal that he was arrested in 2021 on suspicion of domestic violence. However, he has denied the allegations.
