YouTuber shows alleged lawsuit of Adept accusing xQc of sexual battery and assault

Kick streamer Felix "xQc" has been live-streaming since 2016, and in 2021, he started dating his roommate and fellow streamer Samantha "Adept". Their relationship bloomed online and their interactions have millions of views across Twitch and YouTube. In September 2022, their relationship turned sour, following a break-up surrounded by legal turmoil.

In 2023, xQc faced a series of legal battles against Adept. The claims emerged during their highly publicized split. Adept filed for a protective order in June 2023, alleging "family violence" and that xQc had harmed or threatened to harm her. The protective order included a 350-foot restriction and barred xQc from discussing their relationship publicly.

In December 2023, xQc announced that he was "no longer in any significant legal battle", suggesting an end to the long-running relationship drama.

Fast forward to 2024, Adept is suing the streamer again, this time within the jurisdiction of California. According to xQc, the case is a "copy-paste" of the previous lawsuit. He announced this in a stream dated October 20, 2024, where he also speculated that YouTuber Henry Resilient would break the case down. Four days later, on October 24, Henry did exactly that.

Henry Resilient is known for his investigative, in-depth videos on YouTube, where he deconstructs major internet dramas. In relation to the xQc-Adept lawsuit, Henry showcased an alleged court document that contains charges of sexual assault against the streamer.

In the video, Henry goes through an alleged lawsuit containing some never-seen-before information. The case contains descriptions of aggressive behavior from xQc, falling under the category of assault:

"Victim/Suspect married for three years with [a] previous unknown amount of unreported DV incidents. On 5/10/23 suspect grabbed victim by shoulders and pulled her towards him causing her to hit her nose on his shoulders."

The claims get even more graphic, even including detailed allegations of rape against xQc:

"FELIX forcibly raped SAMANTHA. This incident again resulted in a police response, a rape kit documenting bruises on SAMANTHA'S face, arm, and legs and lacerations to her vagina, and another Emergency Protective Order. Notwithstanding the seriousness of the situation." (Timestamp - 16:35)

In addition to these, Henry reviews allegations of defamation, robbery, and manipulation. While commenting on these statements, he suggests Adept is making up these claims, perhaps as a personal get-back against xQc or for monetary gain.
