Controversial political commentator and Rumble streamer Nick Fuentes is reportedly facing serious charges currently. For those unfamiliar with Fuentes, he has often been accused of promoting anti-semitism, misogyny, and racism. The streamer's content is usually considered alt-right, with him being a vocal supporter of Donald Trump during his successful Presidential campaign.

On December 7, 2024, reports shed light on Nick Fuentes' alleged actions. The streamer is facing battery charges after allegedly macing (pepper spray) a woman. The victim, Marla Rose (57), had reportedly visited Fuentes' house in Illinois last month (November 10, 2024), seemingly to confront him.

She was allegedly looking to address the controversial online posts made by the streamer. One particular post that sparked backlash concerned women's rights and abortion, where he mockingly wrote, "Your body, my choice," inciting criticism.

In addition to the macing, Fuentes supposedly pushed her onto the concrete and broke her phone. Reports suggest that he was arrested for his actions but later released. Fuentes is reportedly set to appear in court on December 19, 2024. The alleged video that Rose recorded on her phone has also been released:

Nick Fuentes spoke on his arrest, seemingly joking about the situation and referring to the controversial murder of George Floyd:

"This is bullsh*t. This is some bullsh*t. I should have started doing that when the cops were talking to me. I should've just gone full MAGA, 'Hey man, this is some bullsh*t.' Then they arrest me, and I'm like, 'Officer, please, I can't breathe.' It's crazy. Let a ni**a, breathe."

Marla Rose, the women in question, also shared a Facebook post about the charges against Nick Fuentes:
