The UK YouTuber, rapper, and DJ, Felipe "Yung Filly," is facing serious charges and allegations in Perth Magistrates Court that include multiple counts of "sexual assault" and "bodily harm." The creator is currently on tour in Australia and visited Perth on September 28, 2024, for a show there, following which he was allegedly in a hotel room with the victim.
Incidentally, this isn't the first time Yung Filly has been on the receiving end of damaging allegations. Some controversial posts in the past highlighted the creator having allegedly texted a minor.
What are the recent allegations against Yung Filly?

UK-based YouTuber Yung Filly, who has already made a name for himself in the past couple of years, is currently in a concerning situation. According to Western Australian police, he allegedly sexually assaulted and raped a woman in her 20s.
Filly was extradited to Perth (since he had traveled to Brisbane, Queensland). He has since been charged and produced before a court. According to the court, he has been charged with these offenses:
- Four counts of sexual penetration without consent
- Three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm
- A count of impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on or to their neck
Reports indicate that police possess compelling evidence, including CCTV footage, to support these allegations. The prosecutor also presented photographic evidence of the woman's body, which displayed signs of violence and non-consensual acts. The prosecution said (thewest.com):
"Across her body is a history of violent acts...We say those photos and what is alleged is beyond the pale, beyond what could be considered to be a consensual act."
The YouTuber's representatives have filed for bail, but the decision has been postponed to a later hearing. He will remain in custody until a new date is announced.
Old allegations of Yung Filly explained
As mentioned, this isn't the first time Yung Filly has faced concerning allegations. Back in 2021, several posts went viral, in which Filly was accused of texting a minor and allegedly asking them to meet him.

Yung Filly is also known for his association with the Beta Squad, particularly with Amin "Chunkz," one of the members of the group. He co-hosts a podcast (The Chunkz and Filly Show) with Chunkz. At the time of writing, the latter hasn't made any comments regarding the controversy.
