UK YouTuber and rapper Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, known online as Yung Filly, is facing some damaging allegations. The creator, who is currently in Australia for his tour, is facing allegations of rape and sexual assault. The date of the incident has been reported as September 28, 2024.
Allegedly, the ordeal took place in a hotel, after he performed a show at a nightclub (Bar1) in Perth that day. Western Australian police have formally charged the 29-year-old over these allegations. The prosecutor has also produced pictorial evidence of "violent acts" on the body of the victim. The prosecutor reportedly said (Transcript via thewest.com.au):
"Across her body is a history of violent acts...We say those photos and what is alleged is beyond the pale, beyond what could be considered to be a consensual act."
Here is a list of charges that Yung Filly is currently facing:
- Four counts of sexual penetration without consent.
- Three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
- A count of impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on or to their neck (strangulation).
