Popular YouTuber Alexandra "Pretty Pastel Please" tragically passed away on June 26, 2024. The news of her demise was shared on her official Instagram account on July 5. Recently, a Facebook post by her family (on the YouTuber's page) revealed the reason behind her death. As per the Cornoner's report, her sudden demise was caused by Lymphocytic Myocarditis.
According to the official Cleveland Clinic website (my.clevelandclinic.org), Lymphocytic Myocarditis is defined as the "inflammation of the heart muscle." The website states:
"Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle, or myocardium. This inflammation weakens your heart muscle, making it harder for your heart to pump. This can be caused by viral infections or inflammatory conditions."
The Facebook post shared by Pretty Pastel Please's family described the disease as a "debilitating and fatal infection of her heart." The post read:
"It was determined by the Tasmanian Coroner that Alexandra's sudden death was due to a very rare debilitating and fatal infection of her heart. A condition that affects approximately one in every 15 million people named Lymphocytic Myocarditis."

The sudden passing of lifestyle and fashion content creator Pretty Pastel Please has left many of her fans in shock. Her family shared a detailed post on YouTube, revealing that she passed away due to a heart condition known as Lymphocytic Myocarditis.
The post also provided further details about the disease:
"This disease is often viral in nature and affects breath control, the heart muscle and beat as well as oxygen levels causing fatal arrhythmias and extreme lethargy and chest pain. Friends and followers would remember Alex's final two broadcasts which were cut short due to her feeling faint and short of breath."
The post also stated that she had endured "kidney failures":
"Alex also discussed online, her extreme reactions/allergies to basic medications whereby she had endured kidney failure in hospital, and also extreme reactions to the Covid MRNA vaccine boosters."
The disease was only found after microscopic toxicology. The post read:
"Alex's initial autopsy report however was normal and the disease was only found during microscopic toxicology investigations and was reported to us a few days ago leaving us all extremely traumatised again."
A prayer service for Pretty Pastel Please was held at Greyfriars Kirk in Edinburgh, Scotland, on August 11, 2024. This event was a tribute to her life and career, offering a moment for her fans and loved ones to come together in remembrance.
