A Kick streamer named DBR666, boasting around 6.6K followers faced a temporary suspension from the Stake-owned platform for disruptive behavior and supposedly harassing other creators. Kick has often been accused of being a breeding ground of controversy. While it continues to maintain a reputation for being quite lenient, the platform has implemented several suspensions these days.

DBR666 is the latest one to face such a fate. However, at the time of writing, his account has been reinstated on the platform. The streamer was last active today (September 21), during the ongoing TwitchCon 2024 at the San Diego Convention Center.

The streamer is mostly known for his IRL (in real life) content. His past few streams have explored various cities, such as his IRL stream titled SLC Night Life and 12 HOURS IN VEGAS. He has also done other streams like theTorture Stream.

What is the controversy involving Kick streamer DBR666?

Kick streamer DBR666 has developed a rather notorious reputation for being disruptive and frequently confrontational. His recent IRL TwitchCon streams have exemplified this behavior, resulting in his suspension from Kick and his expulsion from the event premises.

During his stream, DBR666 was seen interacting with various streamers, including Felix "xQc." In his encounter with the French-Canadian streamer, DBR666 made several inappropriate comments and followed xQc for a while:

The streamer was also seen interacting with OTK member Nick "Nmplol." While Nmplol remained polite and engaged in conversation, DBR666 came across as overly eager, even going so far as to ask if he could kiss Nmplol's forehead.

The streamer was eventually confronted by security personnel, who informed him that TwitchCon adheres to a specific code of conduct, which he was not permitted to violate. As a result, DBR666 was removed from the premises. You can watch the entire situation unfold here:

Since this incident occurred on Day 1 of TwitchCon and DBR666 was removed from the venue, he will probably not be permitted to return for the remaining two days of the event.

Not the only Kick streamer to face suspension

DBR666's ban was lifted just a few hours after the suspension. However, he's not the only Kick streamer to face temporary bans. In August 2024, Steven "Konvy" was also temporarily suspended after livestreaming threats to dox and harm Twitch streamer HateCaps live on stream.

Other streamers haven't been as fortunate. For instance, Kick streamers Michael "Heelmike" and Jon Zherka remain banned after controversially hosting suggestive content with allegedly underage individuals.

Johnny Somali is another former Kick streamer who was banned for his disruptive behavior, particularly in public. He was reportedly expelled from Japan due to his behavior and was even arrested there. In addition to his Kick ban, he was banned from Twitch as well.
