A new controversy has emerged in the gaming and livestreaming communities after Felix "xQc's" friend, Twitch streamer JesseSMFI, was kicked out of the popular World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore guild — OnlyFangs. On January 2, 2025, a 50-second video of Twitch star Tyler "Tyler1's" recent livestream was posted to the r/LivestreamFail subreddit.
In it, the Missouri native spoke with one of his associates, who informed him that a content creator had been removed from OnlyFangs. While the individual did not specify which streamer had been kicked out of the guild, several netizens on Reddit speculated that it was JesseSMFI.
Furthermore, some Redditors believed JesseSMFI was kicked out of the guild, allegedly due to his relationship with fellow Twitch streamer George "Pokelawls."
Here's what the individual who Tyler1 was speaking with said:
"Last stream, I was going through applicants, like, for about two-three hours. I would've kept going through the applicants because we have a little hick-up in the guild. Someone got in that shouldn't have gotten in, but we took care of it. (Tyler1 responds, 'Whoa! Wait, who got in?') Oh, I can't mention it on-stream. It would start a lot of... I can message you. I don't want to mention it. It's some internal guild drama stuff. But we handled it. It's fixed. I had to stop recruitment until that was handled. But now it's handled, I can start finding more people like this for you, that might be good for the guild."
Netizens had a lot to say about the situation on the streamer-focused subreddit.
"xQc's friend Jesse? Then it's def Poke & Gigi. What a wild 2 days of drama that was a few years ago, lol, went through 3 bags of popcorn that night," Redditor Always_Hungry999 commented.
"Such a weird decision..." Redditor u/FaHax wrote.
"If it is for the reason that everyone assumes then that's a bit much, he seemed to be caught between 2 friends which is a terrible place to be. It's also very unhealthy to hold onto a grudge like that for something so small," Redditor u/BHaholic remarked.
"Yes, what you guys were saying is right" - Twitch streamer JessiSMFI breaks silence after getting kicked out of World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore guild OnlyFangs
Later that day (January 2, 2025), JessiSMFI hosted a Twitch broadcast during which he spoke about the controversy. The streamer claimed people had connected the dots and that the online communities' speculations about the situation were "right."
He elaborated:
"Not really anything to address. I mean, people connected the puzzle. Yes, what you guys were saying is right. But this isn't a witch hunt. Like, if it's uncomfortable and the person doesn't want me on it, and they're going to quit because I'm on it after a day of just existing, okay, fine! It is what it is. I don't give a f**k that much. I really don't! I wanted to just show you guys some s**t. I feel bad for you guys. I was already playing Classic WoW. I feel bad! But it is what it is."
In other news, Tyler1 recently became the guild master of OnlyFangs. Chance "Sodapoppin" reacted to this decision, stating that the League of Legends streamer becoming the new GM would result in a "funny outcome."
