Comedian Druski, who was named in a s*xual assault lawsuit alongside Diddy last month, has shared official phone records and bank statements with the plaintiff's counsel to clear his name.
Independent reporter Meghann Cuniff, who obtained these documents, shared them on her X account on Monday, April 20, 2025. The records reportedly placed the comedian in Georgia during the alleged incident, which occurred in California.
In October 2024, a woman named Ashley Parham filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming she had been drugged, kidnapped, and r*ped by multiple individuals at a party in California in March 2018. In March 2025, she amended the complaint to include Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. as co-defendants.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, which also obtained the comedian's records, his bank statements show that he had only 91 cents to his name at the time of the alleged incident. Additionally, the phone records indicated that the 30-year-old made calls exclusively to Georgia phone numbers.
Druski's Bank of America statement shows that his only source of income in March 2018 came from his mother's Zelle transfers
Drew Desbordes, known by his stage name Druski, is a comedian and influencer who started sharing comedic skits on his Instagram in the late 2010s. According to Style, he rose to prominence during the COVID-19 pandemic by collaborating with athletes and rappers such as Jack Harlow, Drake, and Lil Yachty.
Citing Desbordes's Bank of America statement, TMZ Hip Hop reported that the comedian's onlysole source of income, around the time of the alleged assault, came from his mother, who regularly made Zelle transfers to his account. Zelle is a digital payments app.
Additionally, the records indicate that the comedian's balance at the end of the period from March 10, 2018, to April 9, 2018, was only $0.91. According to the outlet, Druski only had enough money for basic necessities like a meal at a local diner or gas for a very short drive.
According to TMZ, his Verizon documents revealed that he was on his mother's phone plan. The 30-year-old made sixteen phone calls on March 23, the day of the alleged assault, and all of them involved Georgia numbers.
According to the outlet, Druski provided these documents to the plaintiff's legal team for review, aiming to emphasize that he had no reason or connections to party lavishly with celebrities. This reinforced his March 10 tweet, in which he denied the allegations made in Ashley's lawsuit. Calling it a "fabricated lie," he insisted that he wasn't involved in a public fight in 2018—
"I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish."
In the original lawsuit, Ashley Parham and two anonymous plaintiffs accused Diddy and others of violently s*xually assaulting her. She claimed it was done in revenge for her saying the rapper had something to do with Tupac Shakur's death. On March 7, 2025, Parham amended the lawsuit to name Druski and Beckham Jr.
The NFL player also slammed the lawsuit in an X post, claiming he had never met Ashley and had never been to Orinda, CA, where the alleged assault occurred. He later commented on Druski's post, writing:
"Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid."
At that time, a representative for Diddy told Variety that the allegations were "lies," stating they would contest them in court.
This is one of several lawsuits filed against the founder of Bad Boy Records. He is also facing a federal s*x trafficking and racketeering case, which is scheduled to go to trial next month.
