Arike Ogunbowale attended the University of Notre Dame and joined the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Women’s Basketball Team. After the departure of Jewell Loyd and Kayla McBride who joined the WNBA, the Fighting Irish found another gem in Ogunbowale who became their high-volume scorer.
In her four years, the Fighting Irish made two consecutive National Finals, winning the 2018 National championship.
