Breanna Stewart is a power forward for the New York Liberty. She is a six-time All-Star and has won three WNBA championships. Standing at 6 feet 4 inches, Stewart was the first overall pick in the 2016 WNBA draft by the Seattle Storm. Stewart was a five-star athlete at Cicero-North Syracuse High School where she won numerous honors including National Gatorade Player of the Year, Gatorade Female Athlete of the Year, and McDonald's All-American. These achievements led her to join the UConn Huskies, the top women's college basketball team in the nation. Throughout her college career, Stewart led the Huskies to four consecutive national championships and was named national player of the year three times. Stewart has also won three Olympic gold medals and three World Cup titles with Team USA as of January 2025.

Stewart also had an incredible career at UConn, winning four consecutive NCAA championships (2013–2016) and being named NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player all four years. She was a three-time Naismith College Player of the Year (2014–2016) and three-time AP Player of the Year during the same period. Stewart also won the John R. Wooden Award twice (in 2015 and 2016) and the Senior CLASS Award in 2016. She dominated the AAC, earning three Player of the Year titles, two Tournament MVPs, and three First-Team All-AAC honors.
