The 57-year-old head coach of the Minnesota Lynx, Cheryl Reeve is also the coach for Team USA for the 2024 Olympics. In the 2024 Paris Olympics, Reeve’s led them to a Gold medal by defeating France in the finals. She has also won the 2022 FIBA World Cup with Team USA. In the 2024 season, Reeve’s Minnesota Lynx are tied for the best record in the Western Conference and tied for third best record in the WNBA.

She became Lynx’s head coach in 2011 after a stint as an assistant coach in the NBA with teams like Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons. Reeve is a four-time WNBA Champion (2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017) as a coach and three-time Coach of the Year (2011, 2016 and 2020) winner and is tied first for both accolades with Van Chancellor. She also led the Lynx to their maiden Commissioner's Cup title by defeating the New York Liberty in the 2024 Finals. As of August 12, 2024, Reeve has managed 495 regular season games and 65 playoff games for the Lynx and is the most experienced coach out of all 12 in the WNBA. She has also coached four times in the All-Star game (2013, 2014, 2017 and 2024).
