Cheyenne Parker is a professional American basketball player who plays for Atlanta Dream. She was born on August 22, 1992, in Queens, New York, United States. She was the fifth overall pick by the Chicago Sky as their power forward in the 2015 WNBA draft. During Parker's second season for the Chicago Sky, she played a total of 25 matches in that season with an average of 4.0 points per game. She played a total of 6 seasons for Chicago Sky where she scored 1159 points and 754 rebounds. Parker signed Atlanta Dream of the WNBA moving away from Chicago Sky in 2021. She played a total of 4 seasons for the Atlanta Dream as of August 2024.

Parker graduated from Southwest Guildford High School, where she represented her school in the girls' basketball team. She started her college career at High Point University and played for the High Point Panthers Women's Basketball team from 2010 to 2013. She transferred from High Point to Middle Tennessee State University in 2014 and started playing for the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders Women's Basketball team.
