Dorka Kata Juhasz is a center from Hungary who competes for the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA. At 6 foot 5 inches tall Juhasz began her basketball journey at PTE Babits High School in her hometown in Hungary. Seeking better competition, Juhasz moved to the United States at a very early age and joined the Ohio State women’s basketball team in 2018. After three seasons, she transferred to the University of Connecticut, where she played for the UConn Huskies starting in 2021 for better basketball competition. During her college career, Juhasz earned recognition as a two-time First-Team All-Big Ten selection and was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team in 2019. She was also recognized as the best foreign big woman in the 2023 draft class.

In 2023, Juhasz was drafted 16th overall in the second round by the Minnesota Lynx in the 2023 WNBA draft. She made an immediate impact during her rookie season and earned a spot on the 2023 WNBA All-Rookie Team. Additionally, Juhasz has also joined another professional team in Italy named Pallacanestro Femminile Schio playing in the offseason of WNBA. Currently, in the 2024 season of the WNBA, she averages 5.2 points, 1.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game playing for the Minnesota Lynx as of August 2024.
