Elizabeth Ann Kitley is an American professional basketball player who was drafted by the Las Vegas Aces in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Born on September 17, 2001, she made a name for herself during her college basketball career at Virginia Tech. Standing at 6 feet 6 inches, Kitley grew up playing multiple sports, including softball and volleyball. However, she shifted her focus to basketball before starting high school at Northwest Guilford in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Kitley quickly became a star basketball player in high school, leading her team to back-to-back state championships and being named the MVP of both title games. Unfortunately, she faced a major setback during her senior year after tearing her ACL, which kept her out for most of the season. Despite this injury, Kitley remained a highly-rated recruit and committed to play for Virginia Tech.

In the 2024 WNBA Draft, Kitley was selected by the Las Vegas Aces with the 24th overall pick. She was placed on the inactive list for the 2024 season due to her ACL recovery.
