She is a professional basketball player from Australia, and as of August 2024, she is playing for Seattle Storm as their center after being the 12th overall pick by the Storm in the 2019 WNBA Draft Pick. She has played overseas basketball for USK Praha in the Czech League and the Sopron Basket in the EuroLeague Women. She also played in the South East Australian Basketball League for Basketball Australia’s Centre of Excellence. Magbebor has played in the WNBL for the Canberra Capitals and the Melbourne Boomers. She received many accolades, including the WNBL Youth Player of the Year three times in 2018, 2020, and 2022. She won the 2020 WNBA Championship and the 2021 WNBA Commissioner's Cup with her team, Seattle Storm.

As of August 2024, she brought one gold medal, one silver medal, and four bronze medals for her home country, Australia, during her international basketball career in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, the 2018 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup in Spain, the 2022 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup in Australia, the 2019 FIBA Women's Asia Cup in India, and the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia.
