The 29-year-old boasts one of the best resumes in women's basketball and has already cemented her name as one of the greatest players in history. Breanna is expected to play in Team USA's first game of the 2024 Summer Games against Japan on Monday.
The New York Liberty superstar is gunning for her third gold medal at the Olympics. The two-time WNBA champion was part of the triumphant USA women's basketball team in the 2016 Rio Games and 2020 Tokyo Games.

The two-time WNBA MVP averaged a double-double after playing six games. She averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, 4.7 assists, one steal and 1.5 blocks per game in Tokyo. She shot 47.9% from the field, including 36% from the 3-point range.
In the gold medal game against Japan, Breanna exploded with 14 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, four steals and three blocks while shooting 38.5% from the field, including 33.3% from beyond the arc.

Breanna Stewart and A'ja Wilson are arguably the two most important players in Team USA's star-studded 12-member roster for the Paris Games. Breanna played in two games with Team USA in the lead-up to the 2024 Olympics and the two-time WNBA Finals MVP put on spectacular performances.
In the All-Star game against Team WNBA, Breanna top-scored for Team USA with 31 points in 31 minutes. The 29-year-old shot 10-of-21 from the field, including 3-of-9 from the 3-point range. The Liberty superstar also grabbed 10 rebounds, dished out three assists, and recorded one steal and a block.
In the international friendly game against Germany, Breanna registered a stat line of 15 points, six rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block. She shot 4-of-11 from the field, including 2-of-4 from beyond the arc.
Breanna Stewart was excellent for the New York Liberty during the first half of the 2024 WNBA season. In 23 games, the 29-year-old power forward averaged 19.3 points per game on 45.4% shooting from the field. She struggled from the 3-point range and averaged a poor 22.9% from deep.
Apart from scoring, Breanna also averaged nine rebounds, four assists, two steals and 1.5 blocks per game. The six-time All-Star's ability to excel on both ends of the floor makes her a game-changer for any team she plays for.
