In her freshman year, Jones only played in eight games and averaged 9.8 points and 10.0 rebounds but she displayed immense potential. After shortlisting George Washington University in the Women's Athletic-10 conference as her next location, Jones flourished with the Revolutionaries and won two Regular season championships and two Conference tournament championships with them. In her sophomore year, Jones averaged 14.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.9 blocks per game, shooting 48.8% from the field on 12.5 attempts per game. She was tied eighth for points per game, first in rebounds per game, and first in blocks per game in the conference. She was named to the All-A-10 second team for her elite two-way performance.

In her junior year, Jones averaged 15.3 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.9 blocks per game, shooting 47.8% from the field. She was ranked sixth in points per game, first in rebounds per game, and fourth in blocks per game in the conference. She was ranked sixth in rebounds per game in the entire NCAA women's basketball in her junior year. She was named the A-10 Player of the Year and A-10 Defensive Player of the Year while also being named to both All-A-10 First Team and A-10 All-Defensive Team. The forward also won the Regular season championship and the Conference tournament championship.

In her senior year, Jones averaged 16.2 rebounds, 14.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 3.3 blocks per game, shooting 41.7% from the field. She was ranked fourth in points per game, first in rebounds per game, and second in blocks per game. After a monstrous two-way performance, Jones was named to the All-A-10 second team and A-10 All-Defensive team. She led the Revolutionaries to yet another double-double in the Regular season championship and Conference tournament championship. In her NCAA career, Jones faced two first-round exits, averaging 15.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 4.0 blocks per game in two appearances.
