Kelsey Plum is an American professional basketball player for the WNBA team, Las Vegas Aces. She was drafted 1st overall by the San Antonio Stars in the 2017 WNBA Draft. The San Antonio Stars later relocated to Las Vegas in 2018 to become the Las Vegas Aces, Plum’s current team.

Plum won back-to-back WNBA Championships with the Aces in 2022 and 2023. She got her first WNBA All-Star selection in 2022 and was also named the All-Star game MVP. Her best season was the 2022 WNBA season, wherein she averaged 20.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. She was also highly decorated as a college basketball player for the University of Washington, as in 2017, she broke the Women’s Basketball NCAA record for the all-time scoring record with 3,397 points scored. She also holds the Women’s basketball NCAA record for most points scored in a single season with 1,080 points scored. Plum is also an Olympic gold medalist, and represented the USA at the 2020 Summer Olympics for the 3X3 Women’s basketball. She also won the gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
