The Las Vegas Aces travel to Los Angeles on Friday to face the struggling LA Sparks at Crypto.com Arena. This will be their third meeting of the season, with the season series being tied 1-1 so far. The Sparks managed to get a 96-92 win in the most recent game on June 9.

The defending WNBA champion Aces struggled to start the season but have now found their groove. They have the longest active win streak with six straight victories. Their most recent win was a 98-77 demolition of the Washington Mystics on Thursday.

Kelsey Plum led Las Vegas’ winning effort with 28 points, while Jackie Young had 20 points and 10 assists. The Aces’ last defeat was a 90-82 loss to the New York Liberty on June 15.

While Las Vegas has flourished recently, the Sparks have struggled mightily. They have the longest losing streak at eight games. In fact, their last win came against the Aces on June 9. LA was led by Dearica Hamby’s 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Rickea Jackson had 16 points.
