Native of O'Fallon, Missouri, USA, Napheesa Collier is an American professional basketball player who was born on September 23, 1996. As of January 2025, Collier is 28 years old and plays for the Minnesota Lynx as their power forward. Napheesa Collier, known as "Phee" was selected by the Lynx with the sixth pick in the 2019 WNBA Draft. In the 2024 WNBA playoffs, Collier became the first player to lead her team in a playoff run in points (285), rebounds (107), steals (25), and blocks (23).

Napheesa Collier won the 2015 Miss Show-Me Basketball award, the 2019 AAC Tournament MVP, the 2019 AAC Defensive Player of the Year, and the AAC Player of the Year in 2017 and 2019. She also won the 2016 NCAA Championship. She achieved many honors, including the 2019 Rookie of the Year, the 2023 FIBA Europe SuperCup Women's MVP, and the 2024 Commissioner's Cup MVP. She and her team won the 2024 WNBA Commissioner's Cup Championship. Collier has played overseas in the EuroLeague, the Turkish Super League, and the SuperCup Women, winning many championships. She represented the United States in the 2020 Summer Olympics Basketball Championship in Tokyo and secured a gold medal along with her team.
