Natisha Hiedeman is a basketball player who plays for the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA as of September 2024. Other than playing, Hiedeman joined the Penn State University team as the Director of Player Development and was later promoted to assistant coach in August 2023. She played college basketball at Marquette University after completing her high school career at Green Bay Southwest High School, where she was the team's leading scorer with 1,773 points.

Hiedeman was selected 18th overall by the Minnesota Lynx in the 2018 WNBA draft. Although Hiedeman was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx, her rights were traded to the Connecticut Sun in exchange for Lexie Brown, and she played her first WNBA game with the Sun. She became the WNBA Commissioner's Cup champion in 2024 with the Minnesota Lynx. In the 2024 season, she continues to contribute as a shooting guard for the Minnesota Lynx, averaging 4.9 points, 2.4 assists, and 1.6 rebounds per game. (as of September 21, 2024)
