Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson dropped a 1-word reaction on Instagram on Sunday. The two-time WNBA champion reacted to her former USC teammate and $880,688 star Alisha Gray's boyfriend, Trevor, who posted a special birthday tribute to Gray on Instagram.

Alisha, who celebrated her 30th birthday on Sunday, received a warm wish from her boyfriend as he posted an array of pictures of the duo enjoying a birthday dinner. Expressing his love for Alisha on her special day, Trevor shared a short note along with the post:

"I hope you felt special, beautiful, and loved on your day, one day isn’t enough to celebrate you! Happy birthday Lish, I love you!❤️" wrote Trevor, who works as a school psychologist.

Alisha Gray's former USC Trojan teammate, A'ja Wilson, was in the comments as she dropped a 1-word reaction to Trevor's love-filled post for his girlfriend:

"Cuties 🤍," she wrote.

Alisha is entering her eighth season in the WNBA this year. The Atlanta Dream shooting guard has earned a total of $880,688 from her contracts in the league, with her current deal offering an average annual salary of $164,800.

Gray signed a $494,400 three-year contract with the Dallas Wings in 2021, and will enter the 2025 season with a base salary of $190,000 in her final year. In addition to her current WNBA contract, the former NCAA champion had a rookie contract for three years during which she earned $336,288, bringing her total career earnings to $880,668.

A'ja Wilson once praised former teammate Alisha Gray's performance during WNBA All-Star weekend

The 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend was memorable for many reasons, as the Footprint Center in Arizona hosted the event for the third time. Originally planned as a one-day affair featuring only the All-Star Game, it was announced in March that a Three-Point Contest and Skills Challenge would also take place.

This revelation excited many fans and players alike, with five WNBA stars participating in the competition, including Alisha Gray. The former USC star was the only player to enter both events and unsurprisingly took the win in both, securing the $55,000 bonus from each event for herself.

Former teammate A'ja Wilson was over the moon after Alisha's dominant display as she took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her thoughts:

"LETS F**KING GO LISH!!! GET THAT BAG!!!" A'ja wrote cheering on her ex-teammate.

The Aces star took to X once again after Gray's double victory, joking that she no longer needed to worry about paying for dinner:

"I’m so happy for Lish man OMG! I’m not paying for another dinner my friend a shootah," she tweeted jokingly.

Wilson and Gray spent one year together in college when Gray transferred to USC from North Carolina. The duo won the 2017 NCAA championship together, marking the first of three titles the program secured under Dawn Staley.
