Reigning WNBA MVP A'ja Wilson has once again turned heads with her fashion, this time showcasing a bold accessory: a diamond-studded grill. The two-time league champion shared a carousel of Instagram photos on Wednesday, featuring her in an all-denim ensemble topped off with a baseball cap that read, "Put it on my boyfriend's tab."

While the identity of her boyfriend remains unconfirmed, it’s widely speculated to be Miami Heat All-Star Bam Adebayo, though neither have publicly confirmed their relationship.

In the photos, Wilson also gave a signature pose, proudly displaying her grill adorned with sparkling diamonds.

A'ja Wilson's latest photos reinforce her reputation as a "fashion savant," a title she’s earned by consistently delivering standout looks during the WNBA season.

Recently, Wilson had a remarkable 2024 campaign, during which she made history as only the second player in league history to win MVP by unanimous vote. The first was Cynthia Cooper of the Houston Comets in 1997.

Wilson collected all 67 first-place votes, totaling 670 points from a media panel. She bested Napheesa Collier (467 points) of the Minnesota Lynx and Breanna Stewart (295 points) of the New York Liberty for the top honor.

Wilson posted averages of 26.9 points, 11.9 rebounds, 2.6 blocks, 2.3 assists, and 1.8 steals in 38 games during the season, helping the Las Vegas Aces to the semifinals.

In addition to her WNBA success, Wilson also led Team USA to gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she was named the tournament’s best player.

A'ja Wilson's familiar one-leg sleeve inspires Nike collection

A'ja Wilson’s fashion influence extends beyond her off-court looks. One of her most iconic accessories is her one-leg sleeve, a trend that has since caught the attention of global brand Nike.

Wilson’s unique style, featuring a compression sleeve worn on only one leg, has inspired other players in the WNBA to adopt the look, including Angel Reese (Chicago), DiJonai Carrington (Connecticut), and Rickea Jackson (LA Sparks).

Wilson, who makes her own sleeve by manually cutting compression tights, revealed that Nike was so inspired by her trend that it will release its own collection of single-leg compression tights next year.

As reported in the Washington Post:

"Next spring, Wilson said, Nike plans to release a collection by her on-court gear that includes leggings with one pre-snipped sleeve."

This new Nike gear will coincide with the release of Wilson’s very own signature shoe, the “A’One,” set to debut next year. With this launch, she will join a select group of WNBA players who have collaborated with the global sports brand to release their own shoe lines.
