A'ja Wilson's teammate Sydney Colson wasn't appreciative of Donald Trump's words about TikTok. The President-elect said that he would try to work on a solution after the app was banned by the Supreme Court. The ban struck at midnight on Sunday, leaving plenty of users wondering how long it will take before the app is back.

After Trump announced his plan to bring TikTok back, some were receptive to the idea while others, including Colson, believed that it was just a trick to keep certain people entertained while not paying attention to bigger issues.

"He tryna treat TikTok like the stimulus checks," Colson tweeted on Sunday.

The stimulus check was a measure President Joe Biden applied during the COVID-19 crisis in 2021. The IRS sent out $1,400 to millions of people given the financial adversity the pandemic caused in the country and the rest of the world. Curiously, the IRS will be paying $2.4 billion to one million Americans this month given that plenty of people failed to claim the stimulus before.

Besides the second wave of the stimulus checks, the potential TikTok ban resolution could make a lot of people happy. However, Colson isn't pleased about how the issue is been addressed.

Sydney Colson has been active calling out men on social media

Before taking a jab at Donald Trump, Sydney Colson criticized the way controversial comedian Charleston White talked about fellow WNBA player Angel Reese. On Dec. 28, White Joined former NBA player Jeff Teague and former college hoopers Brandon Hendricks and DJ Wells on their "Club 520" podcast.

A clip of the comedian saying Reese should have an OnlyFans while making more questionable comments about the Chicago Sky forward became viral.

"I think she needs to do an OnlyF**s, like Shaq said," White said. "She needs to dunk in her p****es. I'm with you, Shaq!"

The Las Vegas Aces veteran disagreed with his comment and called White "sexist" while calling out the hosts for putting out the episode and wanting to collaborate with the WNBA.

"Having an ignorant a** sexist on and then actually dropping the episode and then wanting to collab with the W is craaazy work lmao," Colson tweeted.

Colson is one of the most outspoken players in the WNBA and her posts on X are a big proof of it.
