A'ja Wilson gives her reaction to Kahleah Copper sealing the gold medal win for Team USA
This game looked like Team USA's women's basketball team's dominance would end against France. Team USA faced France for the gold medal game in the Olympic final.
However, Kahleah Cooper stood like a big wall amid this chaos to stop the opponent team from taking their title. In the last minutes of the Olympic final, France led by two points [53-51]. However, Cooper quickly gave Team USA a two-point lead by scoring four consecutive points.
With just over three seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, Cooper gave her team a three-point lead with her two free throws. With a score of 67-64, former NBA player Gabby Williams made a two-point shot, crossing the line with the top of her toe.
After the game, A'ja Wilson was asked about her reaction to Cooper's late-game heroics. She just had two words to compliment her Olympic teammate:
"That bi*ch."
Wilson finished the Olympic final with 21 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks.
